The platform

The underwriting engine, unbundled.

Five modules that together take a mortgage file from raw documents to a decision you can defend. Sell one, land, expand — each is useful on its own and stronger alongside the rest.

01

Policy Engine

The wedge, and the moat.

Ingest a lender's own credit policy — circulars, product notes, deviation matrices, FOIR and LTV grids, negative lists — into versioned, machine-readable rules, exposed as a decisioning API.

Eligibility and in-principle decisioning in seconds, not days. Every decision returns the clause it was made under, so files are audit-ready by construction. Policy changes deploy centrally and take effect the same day, everywhere. And you can simulate: if we move FOIR from 65% to 70%, what happens to approval rate and to the risk profile of the marginal file?

IntegratesExposed as a REST decisioning API; reads and writes back to your LOS/LMS.

02

Document Intelligence

Validation, not just extraction.

Classify, extract and validate the mortgage document set — KYC, income, bank statements, property and title papers, valuation and legal reports.

Extraction is commodity; deciding whether a document is acceptable under this lender's policy is not. Cross-document consistency checks catch what humans miss — does the name on the title match the KYC, does the declared income match the bank-statement pattern. FTNR prediction flags what the lender will bounce, before it is submitted.

IntegratesIngests from your document repository; returns structured, policy-checked fields.

03

Credit File Assembly

Decision-ready, query-anticipated.

Assemble a decision-ready file against the specific lender-product-geography checklist, and predict the queries the credit team will raise before they raise them.

Files arrive complete and in the shape the credit team expects, keyed on the exact combination of city, lender, borrower profile, asset and transaction type. The queries that normally cost a round-trip are answered inside the file.

IntegratesPer-case checklists keyed on city · lender · profile · asset · transaction.

04

Ops Orchestration

The parallel tracks, in one view.

Multi-agent workflow across the parallel tracks a mortgage actually runs on — credit, legal, technical, valuation, disbursement — with SLA monitoring, TAT breach alerts and exception routing.

A mortgage does not move in a straight line; it moves on five tracks at once. Orchestration keeps every track visible, flags an SLA before it breaches, and routes the exception to the right desk instead of the nearest inbox.

IntegratesRuns in production on GCP asia-south1; API and webhook hooks into your stack.

05

Underwriter Copilot

Cited answers, always.

RAG over the lender's own policy corpus. An underwriter asks a natural-language question about a live case and gets an answer with a citation to the governing clause.

It collapses new-underwriter ramp time and breaks the single-person dependency on tribal knowledge. Every answer carries a citation — an uncited answer is useless in a regulated credit function.

IntegratesGrounded on your policy corpus; embeds in the underwriter console.

Deliberately out of scope.

What Neurafin is not — stated early, because it is what makes this a product rather than an ambition.

  • Not an LOS/LMS replacement — Neurafin sits alongside and integrates.
  • Not a credit bureau or scoring model — it executes your policy, it does not replace your risk judgement.
  • Not a lender — no balance sheet, no credit risk.
  • Not general-purpose “AI for financial services” — mortgages only, deliberately.

See it against your own policy.

Tell us which product line you underwrite, and the first call will be about your policy rather than our slides.
